SEBI Grade A Recruitment Exam

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), a regulator of stock markets in India, invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for the post of SEBI Grade “A” Officer (Assistant Manager) for

  • General Stream,
  • Legal Stream,
  • Information Technology Stream,
  • Engineering Stream (Civil & Electrical),
  • Research Stream &
  • Official Language Stream.

Mode of selection shall be a three stage process i.e.

  • Phase I (on-line screening examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each),
  • Phase II (on-line examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each) and
  • Phase III (Interview).

SEBI 2021 Prelims Exam

  • SEBI 2021 prelims Exam comprises of 2 Papers of 100 marks each. The details are provided in the table below

Only the candidates qualify Phrase-I will be eligible to attempt Phrase-II of SEBI Grade A.

  • The papers will be of multiple-choice questions.
  • There will be negative marking for wrong answers.
  • In case of Phrase-I, ¼ of the marks assigned to each question will be dedicated to wrong answers.

SEBI Grade A 2021: Phase-II Exam Pattern

A candidate may opt for interview either in Hindi or English. Weight age of marks obtained in Phase II will be 85%, while marks obtained in interview shall be given a weight of 15%.
