Explanation:     The Maurya were succeeded by the Sungas and they ruled for 112 years from 187 BC to 75 BC. It is said that Pushyamitra, the army chief of Maurya king Brihadratha, killed the king while the latter was reviewing the army and established Sunga dynasty. Pyshyamitra was succeeded by Agnimitra in about 148 B.C.  after a reigon of 36 year. The last king of Sunga dynasty was Devabhuti (not Bhagvata).
