Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) Exam 2018 Results Announced

On 10th January 2019, UPSC has released the Central Armed Police Force (Assistant Commandant) exam written results. The commission has conducted the written exam on 12th August 2018. The CAPF 2018 written exam results according to the roll number are available at the UPSC official website. 2934 candidates have cleared the written part of the exam. The available vacancies in the CAPF 2018 as per UPSC notification is 398.

The candidature of the written exam qualifying candidates is provisional. During the personality test, candidates have to produce the original certificates to justify their eligibility like age, educational qualification, community etc.,

Physical standard test and Medical standard test

The CAPF written exam clearing candidates are qualified for the Physical standard test and Medical standard test. Ministry of Home affairs has nominated Sashtra Seema Bal (SSB) as the Nodal Authority. SSB will inform the candidates with the scheduled date, time & venue of the physical standard test and Medical standard test through a call letter by 12th February 2019. If a candidate does not receive any call letter, they have to contact the authority with one of the following methods

  • Through E-mail ID adrectt.ssbdel@nic.in
  • UPSC through letter or FAX

Candidates who wish to change their address should also intimate the authority from the above-said methods.

Detailed Application Form

  • The qualified candidates have to fill a Detailed Application Form (DAF) online. Before filling the DAF, candidates have to register themselves at the UPSC official website.
  • Candidates have to visit the UPSC official website (http://www.upsc.gov.in) to fill the DAF and upload the scanned copies documents to support their eligibility.
  • The DAF will be available from 14.01.2019 to 28.01.2019 till 6.00 P. M at UPSC website.
  • During the Physical standard test and Medical standard test candidates have to submit the hard copy of the DAF along with relevant documents of Age proof, education, and community certificates.
  • SSB will forward the documents of the qualified candidates of PST/PET/MST to the commission along with the documents declaring the candidates medically fit.

CAPF 2018 Marks Sheet

  • The commission will upload the mark sheet of candidates who did qualify on the UPSC official website after publishing the final results.
  • The mark sheet will be available for 30 days on the website.
  • Candidates can access the mark sheet through their Roll Numbers and Date of Birth
  • If candidate requests for the hard copy of the mark sheet along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, UPSC will issue a hard copy of marks card. Candidates should request for the hard copy within 30 days of display of the results after which UPSC will not entertain any requests.
